i really appreciated the location. it was very close to many eateries and mrt stations. the hotel even had a proper drive around entrance. the covered, clean walking area was a nice touch, i must say!

the location allowed easy access to chinatown and other key areas. the staff responded quickly when i asked for help finding a misplaced item. the hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere which i appreciated after busy days. the room included very good air conditioning and tea and coffee.

The hotel's location near the central area proved quite convenient. The rooftop pool offered a pleasant experience, including temperature regulation. I found the room of good size.. this added to the overall positive impression. The gym was also useful. It features modern equipment.
The soundproofing could be improved, as street noises were noticeable. This was a minor issue, but it did affect sleep quality a bit.

My room was very clean. All the staff were polite. The location in Chinatown is close to many attractions. Breakfast included many local dishes plus typical American options.
I found no minibar. The hotel has only one restaurant and it serves Japanese food. There is no room service although a button on the phone says 'in room dining'.

the location was pretty good. i could walk to chinatown point shopping center and the metro station in five minutes. the room was spacious and it had cooking facilities. i also liked that they provided filtered tap water.
the customer service wasnt great. i booked a studio beautiful room for three adults with breakfast, it was clear in my reservation. however, i was told at check-in that the room was for two people. i needed to pay for an extra bed and breakfast for the third person.
